Before you complete the steps below, please make sure you have local administrator right on your PC: I - If your Computer Registration Status shows 'INCOMPLETE', please do the following: a) Open Internet Explorer browser session, click Tools, then Internet Options and click the Security tab b) Select Local Intranet icon and click 'Default Level' c) Move the slider to set the security level for this zone to 'Low' and click 'Apply' d) Select 'Trusted Site' and click 'Default Level' e) Move the slider to set the security level for this zone to 'Low' and click 'Apply' f) Keep 'Trusted Site' selected and click 'Sites' tab g) Add "https://*.portal.honda.ca" site in the 'Add this Web site to the zone', click the 'Add' tab then click 'OK' or 'Close' and close your Internet Explorer browser session h) Launch eBiz and sign on as ebiz dealer Administrator. i) Click the "Admin User" link in the red bar on the right hand side of the your ebiz window j) Click on the link 'Computer Registration' located at the bottom left hand side then click 'Register Computer' and click 'register/enregistrer' button in the middle of the screen. The following message will appear: You have successfully registered this computer k) Click the 'Sign Out' tab and your Computer Registration Status will change to 'COMPLETE' II - If the Computer Registration Status shows 'COMPLETE' and you are missing some of your ebiz function(s), please do the following: a) Launch eBiz and sign on as ebiz dealer Administrator. b) Click the "Admin User" link in the red bar on the right hand side of the ebiz window. c) Click on the link 'Computer Registration' located at the bottom left hand side. d) Click 'Register Computer' e) Click 'register/enregistrer' button in the middle of the screen. The following message will appear: You have successfully registered this computer. f) Click the 'Sign Out' and have your dealer user Sign On to eBiz |
